This is the third largest IT services company based out of Germany. A big pain point for this company was to manage internal communications primarily focused on its employees. It was crucial for the company to kick-start a dynamic and effective internal communication plan as it aimed to treble its employee strength in a year.
Employee engagement was a crucial strategic need for the company given the scale at which it meant to grow. Initially, the company wanted to hire a full-time resource for this function but preferred instead to ride with us owing to the flexibility and much higher cost effectiveness of the Outsourced CMO model. As part of the KRA, the Outsourced CMO team works very closely with its HR and leadership team across the internal communication space. The scope includes activation and management of the company’s presence across social media, managing employee communication, including communication of company policies, office branding and glass door communications.
