We started work with this exciting B2C technology start-up in the robo-advisory space at an early stage, when it did not have any in-house marketing resource. This was a classic start-up story: a big idea that had to be taken to the market effectively on a very tight budget. In other words, a situation tailor-made for our model, which is based on bringing in the best possible managerial talent to lead, craft, plan and execute big-bang marketing plans on very small budgets. Since this was essentially a platform designed to provide customised investment advice oriented to online purchase of mutual funds, our first priority was to drive large masses of potential investors to the site and that too on a very small budget. To survive and grow the marketing plan had to generate very high returns on marketing investments. We, therefore, turned almost exclusively to Internet marketing and deployed our expert to plan, strategize, develop and deploy a powerful digital marketing plan. Thanks to our efforts, which paid handsome dividends, this enterprise attracted Angel funding in November 2016 and later went on to become fasted growing company in terms of AUM in the FinTech space.
